On February 15, 2022, Avenue Therapeutics, Inc., announced the outcome of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration joint meeting of the Anesthetic and Analgesic Drug Products Advisory Committee and the Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee on the Company’s New Drug Application for IV Tramadol. A copy of such press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
