Note 6 – Subsequent Events On October 12, 2020, the Company announced that it had received a Complete Response Letter (“CRL”) from the FDA regarding the Company’s New Drug Application for IV Tramadol. The Company has requested a meeting with the FDA to resolve the issues described in the CRL and the meeting has been scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020. |
